Our free-standing letterbox for apartment buildings is not only a useful object, but also enhances the appearance of every house. On request, we can offer you a separate newspaper compartment with each letterbox. The intercom is also an option that many customers like to take advantage of. The advantage: Our letterbox systems are compatible with the built-in speakers of all common manufacturers such as GIRA, Busch Jäger, Baudisch, Ritto, Siedle or TCS. You can also upgrade your floor-standing letterbox system with an illuminated nameplate or a stainless steel light button. Camera preparation is also already included in many of our models. This makes it easy to retrofit a camera whenever you want. Do you regularly receive parcels? In future, delivery to a parcel station will be a thing of the past if you choose our letterboxes with a separate parcel compartment. You also no longer have to ask your neighbours to accept your parcels.
Our letterbox systems are suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. Decide for yourself whether you prefer to set them in concrete or screw them in place. Both variants ensure that the system withstands wind and weather. The mail can be removed from either the front or the back. This means that you are absolutely flexible in your choice of location. In contrast to the built-in letterbox, the free-standing letterbox for apartment buildings naturally has a significant advantage: it is not built into the brickwork, but rather placed in front of the front door. It almost doesn't matter which location you choose. You can also install a free-standing letterbox at a later date, as no major structural measures are required. In addition, this material has a very noble appearance and is therefore the first choice for our floor-standing letterboxes. The letterboxes are distinguished by their impeccable workmanship and durability. Furthermore, our letterboxes are optimally thought out. For example, the deposit compartments are so large that even oversized letters fit in without buckling. You do not have to worry about much care or maintenance, because the free-standing letterbox for apartment buildings is extremely easy to clean and robust.
Since 2003, we have been offering both free-standing and pass-through letterboxes for detached houses and apartment buildings. We only use high-quality accessories and spare parts made in Germany for your new letterbox. We have most of these components in stock in our warehouse. In that case, simply take a look at our website: We offer name plates as well as buttons and keys for your pillar box. Furthermore, you can get a care spray in our shop that was created especially for the material stainless steel. We recommend treating your stainless steel letterbox with the spray about every four weeks. Never use other aggressive cleaning agents to care for your letterbox.

The Briefkasten Manufaktur only uses systems, components and individual parts from well-known manufacturers from Germany. But our customer service does not end with your order: After your order, you will receive a design drawing by email as a PDF, so that your requirements can be realised down to the last detail. Your requirements will be dealt with in detail, usually even special requests that go beyond our range of configurations can be realised. After your production approval, your letterbox will be individually manufactured and delivered conveniently by parcel post. The customer service does not end here either, with coordinated packaging we ensure that the stainless steel letterboxes, letterbox systems, bells and lights are delivered to you in perfect condition. And if you do not like a product you have bought or something is not to your liking, you do not take any risks with us as a consumer. You can return our products within two weeks.
Variability through individual production
Every product at the Briefkasten Manufaktur is a unique product and is only handcrafted for you after you have placed your order. As a result, many of our products can already be ordered directly in the shop with endless adjustments. This is possible due to the modular structure, the flexible prefabrication, warehousing and logistics. Individual components are already prefabricated, so that in some cases very short delivery times can be achieved.

Stainless steel - the material for high design and quality standards
Our production is specialized in the field of stainless steel processing. We use stainless steel for our products as far as possible. But the selection of the right material always depends on the individual requirement. If the component has to withstand high loads, if it is exposed to wind and weather or even aggressive chemicals, if it has to meet hygiene standards or safety requirements, or if it is to have a special surface design - the material stainless steel fulfills all of the above conditions in an outstanding manner. Compared to most non-alloy steels, stainless steel has significantly higher mechanical properties, much better corrosion resistance and an always striking surface finish. Stainless steel is therefore not only the first choice for us, but is also preferred in the chemical and food industries, in kitchen and bath construction, as well as in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors.
