High quality showcase made in Germany by Briefkasten Manufaktur. The ideal solution for simple poster display indoors and outdoors.
The showcase is completely made of aluminum, powder coated in RAL color. The showcase is suitable for 2x DIN A-4 sheets, the showcase has a RAL color, magnetic back wall and a white text panel in the upper viewing area. The glazing is made of single-pane safety glass, the integrated ventilation openings ensure against fogging of the pane.
The letterbox is made of stainless steel V2A, powder coated in RAL color. The very high quality workmanship and the sophisticated concept make this free-standing letterbox our top seller. A rain drainage edge for optimal water protection, a continuous rubber lip for quiet insertion, the solid interchangeable name plate, a practical mail holding bracket and the very robust lock distinguish this free-standing letterbox. The side panel with protruding rain cover made of stainless steel V2A offers optimal protection against the weather and guarantees a very high durability. The installation box allows easy mounting of a built-in speaker for an intercom system. Optionally, the mailbox is available with an integrated and preconfigured video intercom system from COMELIT.
The letterboxes of the BASIC Plus collection are characterized by the consistent use of stainless steel V2A. The result is a very high durability and sustainability. The construction has been developed by our own engineers with regard to high flexibility or modularity, simple spare parts assembly and uncomplicated self-assembly. Spare parts are directly available for all BASIC Plus systems.

- The mailbox complies with DIN/EN 13724. Throw-in size (3.5 cm x 32.5 cm) for C4 crosswise, large letters fit in here without bending.

Camera or intercom preparation
The intercom systems must be connected by an electrician. Contact your trusted electrician for planning, mounting and installation.
Water protection
Mail is protected from moisture and contamination only when it is fully inserted and the flap is closed. In certain extreme weather conditions, water may nevertheless enter (according to DIN EN 13724 up to 1ccm). This is not a reason for complaint.

The Comelit complete set in detail
The (video) intercom sets from COMELIT are simply connected using 2-wire technology. This means that the existing lines can be used and there are no additional costs for laying new lines and plaster or painting work. Simply lay 2 wires from the new power supply unit in the meter cabinet to the built-in loudspeaker or to the video loudspeaker in the function box of the mailbox system, as well as 2 wires from the power supply unit to the door station in the apartment. DONE. For the WiFi function of the home station 6741W, a WLAN within range is required.

After your production approval, your letterbox will be individually manufactured and delivered conveniently by parcel post. The customer service does not end here either, with coordinated packaging we ensure that the stainless steel letterboxes, letterbox systems, bells and lights are delivered to you in perfect condition. And if you do not like a product you have bought or something is not to your liking, you do not take any risks with us as a consumer. You can return our products within two weeks.

Every product at the Briefkasten Manufaktur is a unique product and is only handcrafted for you after you have placed your order. As a result, many of our products can already be ordered directly in the shop with endless adjustments. This is possible due to the modular structure, the flexible prefabrication, warehousing and logistics. Individual components are already prefabricated, so that in some cases very short delivery times can be achieved.
