The NOVALIS stool is modern and full of character and is ideal for unprotected outdoor areas. With a smart tray (see accessories), this can be transformed into a side table in no time at all. This stool is part of our outdoor collection NOVALIS, which effectively sets the scene with an innovative design. With its combination of stainless steel and Douglas fir wood, as well as its linear shape, the stool stands for design in a class of its own. This stool is 100% handcrafted at Briefkasten Manufaktur.

A particularly striking feature of the Briefkasten Manufaktur stool are the side panels made of 8 mm thick stainless steel plates. The 60 x 40 mm seat planks are made of local Douglas fir wood, but are also available on request, at an additional cost, in walnut, oak or FSC® 100% certified hardwood. Our wood with the FSC seal is produced under consideration of ecological and sustainable aspects and the entire value chain is subject to an audit. Ask us about it.

• Side parts made of 8 mm stainless steel V2A 1.4301, 240 grain ground or powder coated in RAL colour.
• Seat planks made of weather-resistant Douglas fir wood, oiled 60 x 40 mm.
• Douglas fir wood is particularly suitable for outdoor use.It does not soften when it rains and it is also extremely resistant to chemicals, which makes cleaning much easier. Douglas fir has a reddish to reddish brown colouring. Due to weathering influences, Douglas fir wood develops a silver-grey patina.
• Side parts with foot plates for screw mounting or with adjustable feet for free-standing mounting.
