Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Tasks:
- Processing customer orders and projects
- Processing of order-specific requirements as a link between production and customers
- Preparation of quotations
- Processing complaints
- Customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Providing technical advice to customers and interested parties
- Represent Briefkasten Manufaktur Lippe GmbH at trade fairs, in-house exhibitions and events
Profile:
- Have you completed commercial training and have professional experience in internal sales, possibly at an international level?
- Are you characterised by your structured, independent, self-reliant and customer-oriented way of working and do you have the ability to set priorities and plan activities in the most economical way?
- Do you have a very good knowledge of German, a good knowledge of English and, optionally, a basic knowledge of French?

Production worker in metal construction (m/f/d)
Tasks:
- Production of assemblies (letterboxes / letterbox systems) and components from individual parts using various joining techniques (e.g. screwing or riveting)
- Sawing, drilling, thread cutting
- Assembly and installation of components and assemblies in the products, including functionality and quality testing during the work processes
- Packaging of the products
Profile:
- Training as an industrial mechanic specialising in industrial engineering or industrial fitter or equivalent training is an advantage
- manual dexterity
- motivated to learn something new or to expand your knowledge
- good to very good knowledge of written and spoken German
- be reliable and able to work under pressure
- work carefully and accurately
- forklift licence desirable
- Class B or 3 driving licence desirable
