Shopware Domain Mapping Misconfiguration Help

Common Misconfigurations

1. Current URL not matching any Sales Channel Domains

Following URLs are known to Shopware: https://default.headless0, https://www.briefkasten-manufaktur.de, https://www.briefkasten-manufaktur.de/en, https://www.briefkasten-manufaktur.de/es, https://www.briefkasten-manufaktur.de/fr, https://www.briefkasten-manufaktur.de/it, https://www.briefkasten-manufaktur.de/nl, https://www.briefkasten-manufaktur.de/pl,

Solution:

  1. Open the Administration
  2. Click on the left bottom side on the desired sales channel
  3. Make sure in the Domain Panel that the current access URL is added there: https://briefkasten-manufaktur.de

2. Misconfigured Proxy Header forwarding / Trusted Proxies

Symptoms: Cannot resolve a Sales Channel, Assets are loading with http instead of https.

Solution:

Make sure the visible URL is the actual URL in your browser: https://briefkasten-manufaktur.de/en/stainless-steel-letterbox-designer-big-ral-7016-anthracite-grey-gira-system-106-intercom-system-audio-complete-set-515B-R-KSAGI106-AP100Z-70. If not, the proxy configuration could be wrong.
