Robust material and timeless design
The GRIMM letterbox is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel and is suitable for flush-mounted, surface-mounted and free-standing installation. Stainless steel is a robust and durable material that is characterised by its high corrosion resistance. The front panel is made of 2 mm thick stainless steel V2A 1.4301 and can be ordered either polished or powder-coated, which gives the letterbox an elegant and modern look. This mix of materials not only ensures an attractive appearance, but also a long service life - even under demanding weather conditions.
Convenient and secure operation
The GRIMM designer letterbox features an innovative push-key lock that makes it easy to use. The lock can be locked without a key and is optimally protected against the effects of the weather, so that rust and corrosion don't stand a chance. A special highlight of the GRIMM letterbox is the removal door, which is equipped with an opening limiter. The door opens from top to bottom so that the post cannot fall out when it is opened. These well thought-out functions make using the letterbox convenient and secure.
Optimum protection and quiet insertion
The GRIMM letterbox complies with the DIN/EN 13724 standard, which means that even large letters in C4 format can be easily posted without having to be bent. The insertion size is 3.5 cm x 32.5 cm and therefore offers sufficient space for your daily mail. The GRIMM is also equipped with a serrated plate, which ensures increased protection against removal. Another advantage of the GRIMM letterbox is the optimum weather protection, which is guaranteed by a stepped cover. The throw-in flap also has an opening limiter and high-quality axle dampers, which enable it to close gently and silently.
Sophisticated double box system
The GRIMM letterbox has a sophisticated double box system that makes installation easy. You can install the flush-mounted box or the surface-mounted box in advance and only fit the front panel once the plastering work has been completed. This ensures easy handling during the construction process and allows the letterbox to be perfectly integrated into the overall appearance of your property.
Another advantage of the double box system is the ability to change the front panel as required - for example, if the door communication or labelling changes. Thanks to the removable cover, electrical components are also easier to reach, which makes maintenance and installation considerably simpler.
