DoorBird module port converter D21x for connecting a second input module (e.g. keypad module with 12 buttons, MTM18A, MTM56A, MTM14E)
In the standard version, the D21x series of DoorBird IP video door stations offers one port for connecting input modules (red), e.g. keypad or multi-user modules, and one port for connecting output modules (green), e.g. display or info modules. The module port converter offers the option of converting the port for output modules (green) into another port for input modules (red), e.g. to operate a keypad and a multi-user module simultaneously. When using the module port converter, it is not possible to use output modules on the port. The module port converter can be used for the following combinations:
Combination A
Port (red): Keypad module with 12 buttons or fingerprint reader module 50
Port (green) with module port converter: MTM14A or MTM18A
Combination B
Port (red): MTM14A or MTM18A
Port (green) with module port converter: Keypad module with 12 buttons or fingerprint reader module 50
Combination C
Port (red): Keypad module with 12 buttons
Port (green) with module port converter: Fingerprint reader module 50
Combination D
Port (red): Fingerprint reader module 50
Port (green) with module Port converter: Keypad module with 12 buttons
