The NOVALIS bench is modern and full of character and is ideal for unprotected outdoor areas. This bench is part of our bench collection, which effectively sets the scene with its innovative design. With its combination of stainless steel and Douglas fir wood as well as its linear shape, the bench represents design in a class of its own. This bench is 100% handcrafted at Briefkasten Manufaktur.
The side panels made of 8 mm thick stainless steel plates are particularly striking on the benches from Briefkasten Manufaktur. The 60 x 40 mm seat planks are made from local Douglas fir wood, but are also available in walnut, oak or FSC® 100%-certified hardwood on request at an extra charge. Our wood with the FSC seal is produced with ecological and sustainable aspects in mind and the entire value chain is subject to a review. Ask us about this.
Customised lettering and logos for the bench are available on request, so that it can be optimally adapted to your needs. We recommend matching litter bins with ashtrays in the same material and design as our benches.

- Side parts made of 8 mm stainless steel V2A 1.4301, 240 grain polished or powder-coated in RAL colour.
- Seat planks made of weather-resistant Douglas fir wood, oiled 60 x 40 mm.
- Douglas fir wood is particularly suitable for outdoor use. It does not soften when it rains and is also extremely resistant to chemicals, which makes cleaning much easier. Douglas fir has a reddish to reddish-brown colour. Douglas fir wood develops a silver-grey patina when exposed to the elements.
- Optional labelling front left on crossbar. Laser labelling approx. 40-50 mm high.
- Side panels with base plates for screw mounting or with adjustable feet for free-standing mounting.
