Manufactured in Germany, this letterbox system consists of high-quality stainless steel V2A and letterboxes made of galvanised steel, powder-coated in the elegant RAL colour 7016 anthracite grey. The NELLY letterbox system offers numerous advantages that make everyday life easier and keep mail safe. A rain drainage edge ensures optimum water protection, while the continuous rubber lip enables quiet insertion. The solid interchangeable nameplate, the practical post holder and the robust lock guarantee a high level of functionality and security.
The solid uprights of the system, made of 2 mm thick stainless steel V2A 1.4301, impress with their elegant, flush-mounted design and provide a stable base. They are available either for setting in concrete or for screw mounting, with optional cover rosettes for a perfect finish.
The system complies with DIN/EN 13724 standards and offers a generous insertion size of 3.5 cm x 32.5 cm, so that even large letters can be inserted without creasing. The polished stainless steel flaps are fitted with a noise-absorbing rubber seal, which ensures quiet and convenient posting. Each letterbox system is supplied with 2 keys, a changeable nameplate and a post holder for each letterbox.
A special highlight is the rain cover, which can be customised with your own lettering. This elegant and unique display of your street name and/or house number gives the system a personal touch and is also easy to maintain.

- Insertion flaps made of stainless steel V2A 1.4301, 240 grit polished with noise-absorbing rubber seal for very quiet mail insertion.
- The doors can be opened from left to right.
- Incl. rain cover made of V2A stainless steel, powder-coated, optionally with your lettering.
- Incl. 2 keys with key number, changeable name plate under the flap and post holder per letterbox.
- The pillars are made of W 20 mm x D 100 mm stainless steel V2A 1.4301, powder-coated for setting in concrete or screw mounting. Optional cover rosettes.
Important information:
The post is only protected against moisture and dirt when it is fully inserted and the flap is closed. Under certain extreme weather conditions, water can still enter (up to 1ccm according to DIN EN 13724). This is not a reason for complaint.

Briefkasten Manufaktur only uses systems, components and individual parts from well-known manufacturers in Germany. But our customer service doesn't end with your order: After your order, you may receive a design drawing by email as a PDF to realise your wishes down to the last detail. Your wishes will be considered in detail and, as a rule, even special requests that go beyond our configuration offer can be realised. After your production approval, your letterbox is customised and conveniently delivered by parcel post. Our customer service does not end here either, we ensure that the stainless steel letterboxes, letterbox systems, doorbells and lights are delivered to you in perfect condition with customised packaging.
And if you don't like a product you have purchased or something is not to your liking, you don't run any risk with us as a consumer. You can return our products within two weeks.

Every product at Briefkasten Manufaktur is customised and is only made by hand for you after you place your order. Many of our products can therefore be ordered directly in the shop with countless customisations. This is possible thanks to the modular structure, flexible prefabrication, warehousing and logistics. Individual components are already prefabricated so that very short delivery times can be achieved in some cases.
Simple installation thanks to well thought-out designs
Our letterbox systems are supplied with detailed and easy-to-understand documentation and assembly aids and are usually fully assembled within a very short time.
